Uncle Josh's Birthday...

My sister and brother-in-law were here to meet their friends new baby! Josh's birthday was earlier that week so the Devany's had us all over for a "family" BBQ! Mimi had a yummy italian meal for us and amazing cupcakes for dessert. Uncle Josh got to open birthday gifts as well! My kids had a ball playing with Russell and Tommy, and meeting baby Sophia!! Now we just need Auntie and Uncle Josh to move here so we can have family BBQ's regularly!!

Train ride with friends!

The Thomas' and us decided to take the 30 minute train trip to Hanford for the day. We first went to this great pizza place that let the kids make their own pizza'a then to Superior Dairy for their homemade ice cream! Such a fun day with great friends!

Lake front fun with friends!

At the end of July we had 1 baseball free weekend and our sweet friends the Dyck's invited us up to their cabin at Shaver Lake. What a wonderful weekend we had! Boating, jet skiing, swimming...The kids got along and had so much fun with their daughter Ashlyn, who absolutly LOVED Treysen! It was sweet. Will set up a fire pit so we could roast marshmello's, so nice. The next morning we work up to a beatiful view and yummy breakfast. Thanks Dyck's!

A surprise that was easy to keep...

One of my very best friends in the world FINALLY purposed to his now fiance'!! I was so lucky to be a part of ring shopping with Justin and loved every minute of it. Keeping the secret was not hard at all since Angela had waited a long time for this. Justin and Angela have been together for YEARS and he was ready to ring shop and "pop the big question"! He knew she wanted a old fashion ring but that's all he knew really... We looked at lots and I do mean lots of rings. He fell in love with the 3 stone type and from there we found one that had that old fashion look. I am so happy for them!! Love you soon to be Emerson's!!

Summer fun with my chickens!!

I have been really enjoying the kids this summer! We have taken trips, gone to the movies, had lots of swim/play dates, lots of baseball and tons of fun!!

Titan's summer baseball...

Treysen has been playing on a summer baseball team. He has had the BEST experience! Our coaches are amazing, so encouraging but at the same time teaching them the game! A couple a weekends ago the were totally the "bad news bears"...they came in seeded very low and after knocking out the number one seed, they made it to the championship game!! They were so excited. Treysen's buddy Trevor was on that team so it was fun for us as well. They ended up taking second but had a fun weekend with 30 innings of baseball total!!!
